Applicable Scope
Forage Cutter-30 is used to cut green (dry) corn straws, wheat straws, rice straws and other crop straws as well as forage grasses. Processed materials are applicable to raising of cattle, sheep, deer, horses, etc. It also can process cotton straws, tree branches and barks used for straw power generating, ethanol refining, papermaking, artificial board and other industries.

● Forage Cutter-30 Three-blade is equipped with a reinforcing steel ring to become rigid, strong and integrated. Bi-directional adjustment nuts are installed between the cutter head and spindle to facilitate axial movement and blade gap adjustment.
●Advanced grass feed mechanism is uniquely equipped with a feed roller (patented) to achieve automatic, smooth and efficient feeding without conveying chain twining.
● Forage Cutter-30 is equipped with a safe guide device for the movable blade to prevent blade jamming, thus ensuring safety and reliability.

●Transmission part is equipped with external self-aligning rolling bearing and universal spindle coupling to provide the compact structure, flexible operation and convenient disassembly.
●Advanced feed and conveying mechanisms are controlled by a switch to achieve easy switching and become free to advance or retreat.
●The largest hay cutter with the highest productivity in China. It is equipped with rubber tires to solve difficult movement of large equipment.
●Blades are made of quality steels by special process to become very wear-resisting. High-strength bolts are used for connection to provide safe and reliable operation.
